Our Kickboxing classes offer a wide variety of aspects and our sessions offer a different workout every day. Generally, they include a warm-up to get your heart rate moving, footwork drills, movement drills, partner drills on pads, stretching, and more. This is a cardio kickboxing class so we don't do contact sparring drills.
Just wear comfortable sports clothes and be prepared to have fun at the same time you are getting healthy.
