BRANDON KEMMER

CEO & CHIEF INSTRUCTOR

Brandon Kemmer is the Owner and Chief Instructor of Cutting Edge Martial Arts Academy. He began his martial arts journey at the age of 6 at the Church at Rocky Peak and has dedicated his life to training, teaching, and helping students achieve their fullest potential through martial arts.

He is a 7th Dan Grandmaster in American Tang Soo Do, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga. Throughout his martial arts career, he has continually pursued excellence by expanding his knowledge, refining his skills, and training across multiple disciplines.

Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science degree from DeVry University before marrying his high school sweetheart, Nicole. Together they have three children—Jonah, Ryder, and Lilly—who are proudly following in the family's martial arts tradition.

Known for his passion, leadership, and commitment to personal growth, Grandmaster Kemmer believes martial arts is about far more than physical techniques. His mission is to help students of all ages build confidence, discipline, character, and resilience while empowering them to become the best version of themselves both on and off the mats.

HEAD INSTRUCTOR

LUKE CROSBY

Luke Crosby is a Hollywood stuntman, filmmaker, and lifelong martial artist who began training at age 3.

He is a 3rd Dan Black Belt in American Tang Soo Do and holds an Instructor Level certification in Muay Thai. His background in martial arts and film brings a unique blend of precision, athleticism, and real-world movement to his classes.

Known for his positive energy, Luke helps students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and skill in a fun, engaging environment.

INSTRUCTOR

DAVID ESTRADA

David Estrada is a lifelong martial artist who began training at age 5 at House of Champions in Van Nuys. He has competed extensively and developed strong skills in both striking and grappling.

He is a 1st Dan Black Belt in American Tang Soo Do and holds an Instructor Level certification in Muay Thai. His experience in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu shapes his well-rounded teaching style.

David is dedicated to helping students build confidence, discipline, and strong martial arts fundamentals in a supportive environment.

BRAND IDENTITY SPECIALIST

JANICE

Janice is our Brand Strategy & Creative Development Specialist, blending her expertise in design, film, and marketing with her passion for martial arts. She’s worked with major brands like GE Healthcare, Microsoft, and Sony Pictures and led creative direction for films like Journey to Bethlehem and Letter to the American Church. A 2nd-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and certified HIIT trainer, Janice brings a unique perspective to our studio’s branding and merchandise. She also runs Greyhaven Media, a post-production and design agency, and is a proud mom to two black belt daughters.

OFFICE MANAGER

MARIA

Maria is our Office Manager and the friendly face behind much of our day-to-day operations

Based in the Philippines, she manages memberships, billing, events, student support, and communications while helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

With a strong focus on organization and exceptional customer service, Maria is always happy to assist students and families with anything they need. Her dedication and attention to detail help ensure that every member of our community feels supported and valued.

Lilly is our Student Success Coach, dedicated to helping every student have a positive and rewarding experience at Cutting Edge Martial Arts Academy.

From welcoming new families and guiding students through their martial arts journey to answering questions and providing ongoing support, Lilly is committed to helping each member stay motivated, connected, and on track toward their goals.

Her friendly personality and genuine care make her a valued part of our team.

CREATIVE MEDIA SPECIALIST

MARK

Mark is our Creative Media Specialist, bringing our brand to life through engaging visuals and creative content that capture the energy and spirit of our academy.

From designing event flyers and social media graphics to creating eye-catching reels, videos, and promotional images, he plays a key role in showcasing everything happening at Cutting Edge Martial Arts Academy.

Mark works closely with our team to ensure that every piece of content reflects our values and highlights the achievements of our students.
